Alan Bunker  President, CEO, and Founder

Mr. Bunker founded Spectrum Field Services with two other partners in 1987.  A CPA and MBA, he has enjoyed an extensive career as a top executive in the public accounting, retail department store, real estate development, and health care industries.  He also has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah.

As a Senior Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco, Mr. Bunker performed numerous consulting engagements in the savings and loan industry.  He later became the EVP and Chief Operating Officer of a real estate development firm, with major multi-family residential projects in Texas, Colorado, and Washington.

Mr. Bunker has been heavily involved in the field service industry for nearly 20 years through his participation with several industry-related associations.  He periodically contributes articles to industry publications, and frequently has chaired committees and panels, including committees responsible for the development of field serivce standards & procedures, and technology advances for the industry.  A long-time member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), Mr. Bunker also is a past president of that organization.

Kris Katoa Vice President; Manager, Asset Management

Ms. Katoa has been employed by Spectrum since July 1990, and has been the manager of Spectrum's Asset Management Department, dealing specifically with post-foreclosure properties, since 1997.  Kris is a leader in the field service industry, and is particularly knowledgeable about property preservation and maintenance issues relating to REO properties

Jackie Ritchie Manager, Specialty Inspections

Ms. Ritchie joined Spectrum in July of 1995, and has worked in every department in supervisory and management capacities.  Her broad experience, coupled with first-hand knowledge of performing inspections in the field, uniquely qualify her to manage the extended services department, which she has done since 1999.  She values honesty and integrity in those with whom she works.

Tom Pilkington Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Pilkington joined Spectrum in 2005 after having spent 14 years in the HR training and services field, the last six of which were as VP of Sales for LexisNexis PeopleWise.  In that role, he worked with hundreds of companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500, to establish policies and procedures designed to save time and money.  Prior to that, he spent 6 years with Franklin Covey in a number of capacities, including sales and sales management.
